NetCompass-CS monitoring system solution provides comprehensive monitoring of CS domain of 2G,3G and NGN networks, assisting operators and equipment suppliers build the telecom-level signaling network.

Monitoring Scope
NetCompass-CS is developed based on the NetCompass signaling monitoring platform. With a three-layer architecture, it can realize processing, synthesis, statistics, and analysis of BSSAP, RANAP, BICC, TUP, ISUP, MAP, CAP, INAP, H.248 and other  protocols by collecting and monitoring Mc (A/IuCS), Nc, C/D/E,and other interfaces of 2/3G network CS domain, providing a specific integrated solution for complaint handling, analysis optimization, real-time monitoring, security control, and market support etc.
 
Typical Application
1.Complaint handling
Through real-time tracking and CDR query, analyze  user services records to accurately locate faults and quickly handle complaints, finally ensure user satisfaction.
 
2.Optimization analysis
For general analysis application, we can find the causes for lower network and service quality by step-by-step analysis process (lower KPI statistics —> call loss causes—> signaling process drilling), and then take corresponding measures

For expert analysis applications, we can master network running quality and error distribution by latency analysis, signaling process fishbone chart analysis, and end-to-end call completing rate analysis and service time-delay distribution analysis, and then take accurate and efficient network optimization strategies.         

For specific analysisl applications, users can find frequently appeared questions in the networks by specific analysis on black hole cell network/ping-pong handover network/suspected single-pass network, and then locate the cells with problems.

Through specific analysis on terminals, we can analyze their call completing rate, latency, and distribution etc., and then make specific optimization or terminal model guidance.

3. Topology monitoring
The system supports network topology running status alarming, and specific areas and NE KPI monitoring in real time, which can be used for network assurance of important holidays or large-scale activities.

4. Security control
According to customized characteristics, we can analyze users with ultrafrequency call and SMS, and irregular numbers etc. providing an effective tool for network security assurance.
