Roaming Message Welcome System Solution

Introduction
      Through monitoring the signaling link position, the roaming message welcome system can obtain user data of HLR（Home Location Register）, VLR（Visitor Location Register）, IMSI（International Mobile Subscriber Identity） and MSISDN（Mobile Station Integrated Service Digital Network）, and then, according to the decision mechanism of the system, send the welcome, farewell and warning message to the mobile roaming user through SMC（Short Message Center or ISMG（Internet Short Message Gateway）.

Solution
      After converging the monitoring link over device crossly, the remote physical collecting site of system can synthesize A interface and MAP data to generate a data that is transmitted to the service analysis server over MB LAN to analyze, and sent to the SMS platform after generating the SMS.

      Now, roaming message service system of ZCTT has been promoted fully in a province. When the users enter this province, the system will send the corresponding information to the user based on the difference between local user and non-local user. Operators can send a welcome message with scenic spots and historical sites, restaurant food and hotel promotions when the non-local user enter the province, which not only provides convenience for users but also increase the user goodwill.
